There are two “standard” shapes regarding flexible sample packaging; Square or Rectangle. The crux of machinery that produces flexible samples will only accommodate these shapes. They are designed to allow you get a sample of your product into your target market’s hand, free of charge to them. You can fill liquids, creams, lotions and powders with a filling range of .5ml to 15ml. You can fill higher amounts in flexible packaging but those amounts are usually for retail sale.
